As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. All cancellations or changes to any appointments need to be made within 24 hours to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee must be paid to the original stylist before rebooking with anyone at Studio 24. We understand emergencies happen and we will be as flexible as possible while adhering to this policy. It is in place to protect our stylists and their business. All NO SHOW-NO CALLS will be required to pay 85% of the scheduled appointment in order to rebook at Studio 24.
